By creating an account or using Flit you agree to these terms.
Flit is a personal task-management app available on the web and as a mobile app. It is currently provided free of charge. We may add paid features in future; anything free today won't silently start charging you.
You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens under your account. Please use a strong, unique password. You must be at least 13 to use Flit.
Your tasks are yours. We claim no ownership of anything you create in Flit, and we only store and process it to provide the service (see our Privacy Policy). You can export everything at any time, and deleting your account removes it all.
Don't use Flit to store unlawful content, attempt to breach its security, or interfere with the service for others. We may suspend accounts that do.
We work hard to keep Flit reliable and your data safe, including daily backups — but Flit is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us for the service (currently zero). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We recommend downloading your own backups for anything critical.
You can delete your account at any time in the app. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms, and will otherwise give reasonable notice if we ever need to withdraw the service.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
